Gardens

The Gardens at Hippley Village have been an ongoing process
that began in the summer of 1999 with the construction of its first major
improvement, the train garden, and miniature grist mill.

The garden, located in Columbiana, Ohio, currently consists of six main gardens: The Train Garden, Potting Shed, Watershed, Pick-Up Truck Garden, the Ivy House, and the garden surrounding the 20’ x 48’ Tudor building.

Until the summer of 2017, the Gardens were the property of Columbiana resident John Hippley. With the creation of The Hippley Family Foundation, that three-acre parcel has been donated to the Foundation.

The property has been home to weddings, receptions, bridal showers, and numerous graduation parties. The Gardens have always been open to the public for their enjoyment.
