The Victorian Doll House, constructed in 2015, is a replica of the historic Mullin Dollhouse located in Salem, Ohio. The Mullin Dollhouse was constructed in 1891 by the employees of the Mullin Manufacturing for Bill Mullin’s daughter.

The 49-square foot structure at The Gardens at Hippley Village reaches 12 feet at its peak. Unlike the Mullins structure, located at 894 South Lincoln Ave. in Salem, it actually has electricity in the building.
